Forestry Mulcher Hire

We have the largest fleet of forestry mulcher hire in the UK, including 130hp, 220hp, 440hp and 600hp machines. The 440hp and 600hp mulchers will process any size material, including any size wood, stumps, green material, standing vegetation, trees and scrub. The smaller mulchers are ideal for material up to 50cm diameter, or where access is restricted, or so ground conditions are present.

Mulchers can leave processed material in windrows, pads, spread evenly across the site or incorporated into site soils as a soil improver. The RT200 mulcher can also be supplied with a swinging-hammer head, that will cope with foreign object contamination on, such as rail and demolition sites.

Where ground conditions are soft , or where access is an issue, we offer two machines for standing vegetation, trees and scrub.
CAT 299D2XHP mulcher with fixed-tool mulcher head. This is also equipped with rubber tracks that minimise damage to surfaces.
Fecon FTX128L mulcher with either sharp-knives, or carbide hammers and DRR (depth-control) rotor, to enable efficient cutting of larger material. This machine is also equipped with a self-recovery winch.

Mounted to a Fendt 926 260hp tractor, this AHWI FM600 mulcher is ideal for sites where a tracked machine may be at a disadvantage. Such as the need to travel longer distances between mulching areas. Contact us to discuss the pro’s and con’s of a tractor mounted mulcher.

Serrat power! Mounted to a 200hp Valtra tractor, the Serrat FTX2300 Mulcher makes short work of mulching. Like the Fendt mounted mulcher, this set-up gives the ability to jump between mulching sites faster than our tracked machines.
