Total site clearance and removal of trees, vegetation and stumps made easy with the Rotochopper B66T hire option. Recoup hire costs with an option to sell and return the revenue to the client from the material produced and sold back into the biomass market. We also offer contract shredding hire for all types and sizes of waste wood, including harvesting site residues (brash) and stumps, excavated stumps, green waste and transfer station material, standing vegetation, trees and scrub. Industrial and demolition waste timber from grades A to D. The shredder is completely mobile and is deployed to site, ready to work in under 20 minutes from arrival. It produces graded, screened products in various sizes and will work on material contaminated with light metal, stones and soils. It will fill walking floors over the side and from the end.

We have 2 machines available – tracked or hook-lift. 500hp with capacity for up to 2m diameter stumps and whole trees, as well as brash, waste wood, tyres, railway sleepers, municipal waste, etc.

Highly resistant to metal and stone, with over-band magnet to separate metal from the shredded material and a conveyor to load trucks or bins. 25rpm rotor speed – meaning no thrown objects, no dust, and low noise. Safe to work next to live carriageways and on busy sites. Track machine is on LGP tracks and remote-controlled from the safety of the loading machine. Up to 45 tons per hour production in heavily contaminated material.
